Karma-centric approach
We created Karmasoft as an extension of our yoga practice. In so doing we want to make sure our refund policies are clear and simple. We never want you (our customers) to be unhappy, simply contact our support team and we will take care of you.

Full refunds
Your initial sign-up fee is non-refundable.
However, If you were just charged for your next month of Karmasoft but meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge. If you forgot to cancel Karmasoft a couple of months ago [2 months], and you haven’t used Karmasoft since then, we’ll give you a full refund for a few back months. No problem.
Partial refunds or credits
If you upgraded your account a few months ago to a higher plan, but you didn’t end up needing the extra features, we’d consider applying a prorated credit towards future months.
The Karmasoft Promise to you
We want Karmasoft to be the absolute best software you ever used to manage your studio. Sign-up today to use Karmasoft for up to three months, at any time within the three months if you are not absolutely happy, we will give you a full refund of your monthly fees. Provided you had at least two training sessions and used the software at your studio.
