How do I change my login password?

In the case of changing or forgetting the password you used to sign-up for Karmasoft, here are the stps you need to follow to recover your password:

1. Navigate to your custom URL.
2. Click on the Forgot your password? link.

3. Enter your email address.
4. Click Send me reset password instructions button.

5. Check your email for a password reset link.
6. In your email click on the Change my password link.

7. Enter your new password in both fields.
8. Click Change my password.
